Good people here i keep returning the stylists are a hoot and love to talk

I recently moved to the area and have gone here twice because it’s a few blocks from where I live. The first time, the haircut was sub-​par but not horrendous. It was a little lumpy, but not too noticeable because I gel my hair forward. But this second time, not only is it lumpy, but it’s actually lopsided. I didn’t catch it before I left or else I definitely would have asked them to fix it. It’s bad enough that several of my colleagues actually pointed out to me that my hair looked ‘off’.

Went here instead of the Great Clips in Shorewood I had previously visited (did not have a good experience). The salon was not too busy around 5:30 pm and I got in without an appointment within five minutes. Had a good stylist who gave suggestions for my cut. She looked surprised when I tipped her well… she deserved it. I wish I remembered her name for when I return!

I agree with the last review, thanks J L. I went and had my hair cut by Heather… don’t go there. She hacked my hair and now I will have to shave my head in the back it is so uneven. No repairing this hack job. I am so upset…

My husband just got his hair cut here, again, due to its proximity to our house. He won’t be going here again if I can help it. He’s received a fairly nice haircut here once or twice before, but this one is terrible, the sides and the middle are uneven in a way that looks like he is trying to grow out from a mohawk.
The other bad experience we’ve had here is when my husband went in for a cut and decided to get a beard trim as well, since typically these places do a better job than a home trimmer. He requested it be cut to a medium length and they practically shaved it off! Seriously, taking it down to a ¼ of an inch is not «medium», its stubble.
Some people say «well what do you expect from a cheap haircut?», but we used to get our hair cut at the great clips in West Allis and they did SUCH a better job.

Centrally located if you live near the center.
Dine at a national chain restaurant, pick up a few groceries, GET YOUR HAIR CUT, mail something and get your medicine. I like this particular Great Clips because of it’s proximity to other «errandy» type businesses.
I went over the 12 o’clock lunch hour and there was zero wait. My stylist was professional and easy with conversation. My receipt even contains a $ 2 off coupon for my next visit!
