I had my first haircut at Dolled Up recently and I am very pleased with Arri’s work! She was very friendly, polite, informative, and had patience with my long, unruly hair. I liked the hair products she used as well. Thanks a bunch! I look forward to going back.

I’m very happy with the cut I received from Melissa. I felt she considered the images I showed her of what I wanted and she catered the look to what would work best for my hair. Melissa made a treatment suggestion to restore my damaged hair and I felt it was appropriate and not pushed. I am excited to return for some color!

This place is awesome! My hair was a dry & damaged disaster, I wanted color and my stylist, Christina was so great. She was upfront with what was the best option for my hair versus what I had originally planned. My hair turned out amazing! Looks 10X better than when I walked in. She’s awesome! She is dedicated to her profession and stays current with trends by attending professional development yearly. I am known for having good hair… which really means I have a superb stylist. Geri Beth’s salon carries the best of dyes which don’t fade brassy as blonde colors often do.

I went in last week Friday to retouch my roots and brighten up my existing highlights. I also had a some orange peeking through my hair, so I wanted to fix that as well. I found this salon by reading online reviews and felt that I would give it a try. Christina was my hair stylist and might I say, she has changed my hair life. She added a base breaker to my roots with a lighter color that slightly matched my roots for less upkeep and strong contrast with the existing blonde and added a full head of highlights, while also brightening and getting most of the orange out. Once I saw the end result I was completely amazed at the transformation, a total different look, beautiful blonde. I LOVED IT! Christina is amazing! I highly recommend her!!! Beautiful job, I have had many compliments, which only confirms my opinion. Thank you Christina, will definitely come back!

Christina Jones Rocked! I came in on a day when I was feeling down about myself, and she quickly turned it around! She was honest, very thoughtful and honest when it came to decision making on my hair, and overall had a great demeanor about herself that will make me come back!!:) I would highly recommend Get Dolled Up Beauty Lounge for the great stylists, the fun and relaxed environment that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful!

So I went to this place and met Christina, who not only gave me an awesome hair color, but patiently worked on it all over again when my hair for some reason didn’t lift color very well at once and that’s what matters. She patiently re did most of the work and I indeed walked out happy and excited. By the time we got done, I think its was 10 pm, way past her closing time and I did feel bad but she really is a perfectionist and did what was best for her client’s satisfaction. I absolutely love my new hair.
I am definitely going back!

Seriously, GO TO THIS PLACE. I had the most amazing experience at this salon.
I have always struggled with my hair because it is waist length and suuuper thick. Recently it has started greying and my natural color is dark brown. It is super heavy and had absolutely no body/​movement/​shape to it. Basically, its the mane from hell. I have always wanted it be cute and styled but never have had a stylist that was excited to get creative with me and make it something awesome.
Christina Jones took on the major project of reinventing my mane with excitement and support through the whole process. I ended up getting the first time client makeover which was $ 99. this included cut, color, and brows (all of which I desperately needed). She mentioned balayage (which no hair dresser has ever wanted to do for me) and I immediately knew she was the one for me ! (btw– the balayage was extra $$ but totally worth it).
Christina is absolutely amazing. She transformed my hair cut, style, and color and all in one fell swoop. She was super confident and excited about the direction. She took before and after photos, she first showed me the after photos that looked great; but then when she showed me the before photos I was convinced it someone else’s photo. ha!
Not to mention, she was fantastic at giving my eyebrows the TLC the very been needing for a long time. I now love them again ;]
The salon is cute and clean, Christina is just wonderfully talented and nice, and the cost was really great too.

I would recommend the olaplaex treatment bc it leaves your hair silky smooth even after you bleach it. Christina is really particular and very precise at what she does. Never have i left a salon after getting bleached and my hair feels so healthy. Worth the $$ especially with long hair.

I was a hair dying virgin to say the least, but really wanted something to spice up my life a bit. I decided balayage would be a safe choice, so after looking for the best balayager in Milwaukee, I found Christina. All of her Unilocal reviews made her look like a superstar and that is exactly what she is! She made me feel super comfortable and didn’t pressure me into doing anything to my hair that I didn’t want. We went with a light caramel balayage to blend in with my natural auburn color and it turned out wonderful! It’s subtle yet has a little flare that all of my friends were able to notice. The wonderful thing about balayage is that you can have it done once and never have to touch it again if you don’t want to. Who isn’t about low maintenance?
The salon itself was clean and well put together. The rest of the staff was super welcoming and conversational. Overall a wonderful place to get your hair done or to loose your hair dying virginity! I can’t speak on the other stylists but Christina is wonderful and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Let me preface this review with the notion that I’d rather find a new doctor than a new stylist…
After an exhaustive internet search and dozens of reviews later, I settled on Get Dolled Up Salon. Not only is this a convenient location for me, but the stylists here seemed to know their stuff too.
On the day of my appointment, I hit some unbelievable traffic, so I called the salon to say it was very possible, I would be a few minutes late, especially with having to find parking. Unbeknown to me at the time, my stylist, Kayla, answered the phone and told me «Not to worry. Take your time.» How nice was that?! Great first impression.
All the clientele is greeted immediately upon entering the salon and everyone who works there is happy and extremely friendly!
Kayla did a phenomenal job on my cut and color. I can’t tell you enough how much of a relief it was to find someone so amazing. The pricing is very reasonable too.

Geribeth, the owner of the salon, reached out to me. Knowing I would have trepidation returning, she offered to remedy the situation personally. I trusted my intuition and went in. And I’m glad I did.
She won me back as a client. Her skills are amazing. She checked the work, saw what had happened and knew how to correct things. She took the time to review photos with me, to discuss what works and what doesn’t, how I like to style it and what I do not want. I knew we were going to have to make a correction cut this time around, and she was delicate in approaching the subject. In the end, my hair looks so so so much better.
What I really appreciate is that the owner reached out, had outstanding customer service and used this as a teaching moment for her staff. How cool is that? In my book, the coolest!!!
