This place is pretty good. I love the pancakes and hashbrowns. But honestly, there are better locations in MKE. I am convinced the one on 121st and North is better than this one because it has wifi and it’s open 24 hours a day.
WHY IS THIS LOCATION the ONLY location that isn’t 24 hours?!
Probably the neighborhood I guess.
But I live 5 blocks away (92nd and Keefe) and the neighborhood is fine. It has it’s problems, but thats no reason to freak out and close when the sun goes down.
Whats up with that, George Webb?

Stopped in for a carry out breakfast for me and my wife. Toast was burnt and un-​buttered. Over medium eggs were over hard. Bacon was good Staff was apathetic about their jobs. Facility was typical of inner city George Webbs

Ok! I have been eating at George Webb’s forever. In fact, if you are from Milwaukee, you are not a true Milwaukeean if you’ve never eaten at GW’s. BUT today I had the opportunity to meet the OWNER. HE was SO nice! It was Sunday, SO the place was packed, so my son and I sat at the counter and I noticed this older gentlemen just zipping around the place acknowledging and joking with everyone! When it was our turn, he asked my son if he was a good student and my son said he was, he gave him a George Webb T-​shirt! Did I not say that «I’d been eating there forever» But, the kid ends up with the shirt? Anyway, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, the coffee was nonstop and breakfast for two was only $ 15…if you like a sit down breakfast, with no frills, then GW is the place to go.
