A friend of mine referred me to this dentist because I am the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. She stated he specializes in this so I figured I couldn’t go wrong.
My first visit to him was for an emergency issue and they got me in right away and patched my tooth up. I had to go back for a follow up for a more permanent fix and then had a cleaning too.
Pros: Cleanings and repairs were super quick. You would be in and outta there within 15 or so, it was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and the place was pretty small and intimate.
Cons: As time went on, I found that the Dr’s wife who took care of the billing really didn’t have a clue of what she was doing. EVERY single time I went, I received a bill for incorrect charges and I had to call and walk her through it. That wasn’t bad enough but then she would get very rude and snotty and tell me my insurance didn’t know what they were doing. I perhaps would have believed her but I worked in the insurance industry and knew that she had no idea what she was talking about and would not listen to me when I tried to walk her through her job. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Because of this non stop hassle, I left this office and went elsewhere.
Dr good — office not so much.
I left this practice over 4 years ago and they still send Christmas update letters to my husband (who was never even a patient there) See some things have not changed.
