Cute, little community place for frozen yogurt. There is always enough flavors and choices to find something delicious. The cakes/muffins are also delightful! They close during the winter, but we enjoy walking to this corner spot for an evening treat during the rest of the year. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The seating is limited, but its an enjoyable location.

I love froyo, so I’m usually pretty easy to please. Flavorella’s is a cute local place, but it’s not quite up to par with Yo Mama or other froyo places. It’s conveniently located at a busy intersection, but the parking«lot» is small and a little difficult to navigate because of its size. There is some seating inside and outside. The froyo selection was pretty good. It did drip a little when you pulled the handle, but that’s ok. They also had some Simma’s Bakery desserts, but I didn’t get a chance to try them this time. The lady at the counter was nice enough I suppose but was too busy engaging another customer while helping me. As a result, she had some difficulty making change properly, and with the overall experience, I’m not sure if I would come here again.

Roughly 10 different choices of fro-yo soft self serve flavors. Tons of toppings to add as as a café menu and smoothies. Fro-yo flavors are known to change every two weeks or so. Cute and clean dining area with friendly staff on hand who jumped at the opportunity to help as we entered. Small outdoor seating for the few daring few who try to sit on the busy corner of Oklahoma and 92nd.

Closed until March 2015! I wanted frozen yogurt and the Orange Lead had gone out of business. Cold Stone was my second choice and they were closed at 8pm. So I used Siri to find this place only to discover they were closed as well. Not sure what is up with Milwaukee and cold treats during the winter months, but I am not a fan of that.

As others have mentioned the parking is horrible at this establishment. The overall attitude of the employees was not friendly when I went over six months ago so hopefully it has improved since. The frozen yogurt was good but we haven’t ventured back yet and not sure if we will as overall it wasn’t a very good experience.

This is a frozen yogurt store. There are not very many tables, but you will be able to find a seat as there is no line and no wait. You can have samples of all of the flavors they have. The samples are not very big, but you can ask for more. Service is great, and the workers get to know you. Prices are very cheap. Even with spare change you can afford at least an ounce. There are many flavors and a lot of toppings to choose from. Just don’t put too much in the bowl because the price is based on weight. There is an outside balcony, but the placement is not very good. It is place on a cross section of the road. It’s not too big of a place, but what they lack in size they make up for in great service. Parking is limited but since it is not that busy people go it should not be a problem. It’s worth a try!

Def worth a visit. Parking is a problem, but the yogurt is reasonable, has subtle flavors and is healthier than frozen custard. It’s a nice addition on Oklahoma, and we often stop for a fresh tasting treat. Oddly, they offer breakfast, salads and a few other items as well.

Out of all of the fro-yo places that have popped up around the Milwaukee area, this has to be my least favorite. First of all, I don’t understand who decided the location of this place. There’s parking for maybe four cars and the lot is ridiculously close to the street. Second of all, the(one and only) employee working was not very friendly at all, and seemed bothered that we were the only customers in the place and she actually had to work. The selection of yogurt itself was small, as were the toppings. Overall, not impressed at all.

I was so excited to have some froyo nearby me! I was so disappointed by this little spot! First of all, there is a parking lot, and if you’ve met me, you know I love me a good parking lot. HOWEVER, it’s ridiculous. Some spots you can only get to from one street or the other, it’s all at an angle, and it’s just really uncomfortable. I mean, points for trying to have a parking lot, but big minus points on the execution. It’s clean and fairly cute inside, but they seem to discourage sampling. You have to ask for sample cups and they give you two. So, they would rather I potentially get my germs on they froyo dispensers by reusing my little cup apparently. The sampling is a key part of the experience! If you can’t sample, then I won’t purchase a ridiculously large amount since I don’t know if I like it or not. It’s possible they have concerns about hooligans since it’s not the very best part of town, but come on people. The actual froyo selection is fairly limited and not as interesting as I have seen elsewhere. The toppings selection was only fair at best. It’s convenient, but there’s lots better froyo to be had out there, people.

–Clean and cute décor –Large selection of froyo flavors and toppings –Great coffee and smoothie menu –Owner mentioned that the café would soon be offering paninis for lunch –Parking is a bit awkward and limited, but hasn’t been busy when I was there All-in-all, a wonderful little froyo café in an area that was severely lacking in the froyo(and café) department!

We stumbled upon this little gem as we were leaving American Science and Surplus. I’m not usually a big frozen yogurt fan as I find it can be lacking in flavor, but that was not the case here. There were a bunch of base flavors to choose from and tons of add-ins to make it your own. I loved the unusual Sea Salt Pretzel and also enjoyed the Birthday Cake and Espresso flavors. Since you make your own and pay by weight, you can create whatever you want. We will definitely be back.

I could not convince the husband to switch over to fro-yo(too much Seinfeld watching I guess)… but this opened not too far from home and with both of us trying to cut back on the caloric intake we gave it a try. The staff is super friendly, explaining the expansion plans to have full on sandwiches and coffee. They currently are fro-yo with all the toppings and some Eli’s cheesecakes. The yogurt choices are great, lots of interesting flavors to choose from. I prefer the fruitier ones where my husband goes for the more odd ball ones(sea salt pretzel?!). Topping selection is pretty overwhelming with candy, baked goods, fruit, granola and cereal… oh and also Ghardeli syrups to make this healthy treat not so healthy! Parking is a little tricky to get in and out of but they say to just pull in how ever you can. Or do what we do, park on the street or they say in the parking lot across the street is ok too(so we can walk a little before indulging!). Overall, it’s a great little treat on a nice summer day without all that guilt of those custard guys down the street I would usually prefer to visit!

We like the variety of flavors, from triple chocolate to pomegranite; toppings vary, fruit, candy, strips, & cereal! They also have cookies & cheesecake. You pay by the ounce, so be mindful, but you totally tailor your own treat. We will likely be regulars, a fun place for kids.

I was very surprised by this new little café on the corner of 92nd and Oklahoma. They mainly do frozen yogurt, which I enjoyed on this trip. This is a self serve frozen yogurt joint, much like the Orange Leaf down the street. They have 10 different flavors along with all different kinds of toppings. Compared to other frozen yogurt, these containers were clean and the toppings were fresh. I had strawberry and vanilla froyo with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and little shortcake pieces that would have been pretty tasty alone. Very good. It’s only 44 cents an ounce, so it’s also a tiny bit cheaper than the other options around town. There was one of those Grandma-type’s that I love so much working the counter here. She was very nice, she helped me out, showed me what they had to offer, chatted up the baby and even turned on the radio for me and asked what I like to listen to. It was certainly the kind of service I’m not used to, but it was greatly appreciated. They had a variety of baked goods also for sale, including my all time favorite treat of cheesecake, which I’ll be back for soon. I was disappointed to find out they didn’t have their coffee set up yet. The lady assured me that the coffee portion would be up and running soon. The parking lot is very small here, in the case of a hot day be prepared to park in a neighboring lot and take a little walk. Still a great new addition to the neighborhood and I’ll definitely be back.
