Denny’s

It’s really too bad that the service at this location is so awful, because the food is usually quite good. As far as menu it is a typical Denny’s, and this location recently did a major overhaul of the interior which is a plus. I really like the new color scheme, and the place still has a general feel of new to it. However, the service here is awful, and this has been my experience on multiple visits. It is clear that the staff is overworked, underpaid, and generally unhappy to be here. Seriously, it’s like you can feel their dead dreams. They will sometimes complain about their coworkers to customers, or pass the buck (we are out of chocolate sauce, our _​_​_​_​didn’t order any) On our latest visit, our order was messed up multiple times. Other times we have had to wait for our meal for over 30 minutes, despite being the only customers, while listening to the cook shoot the breeze with a man drinking coffee at the counter. Despite our numerous negative experiences, no effort was made on the part of staff to compensate with a discount, coupon or even an apology.
this is an option when you need a place that is 24 hours, if you’re bumming around on the weekend and looking for diner comfort food and a familiar menu. It is not a place if you want good, accurate service without attitude.

It’s really bad, no joke. Please listen to the review I am leaving. Do yourself a favor, don’t go to this Denny’s ever.

Came in to eat food with my boyfriend for his birthday, said they only do carry out. That’s not how Denny’s works. If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolute worst location around. Need to just close this lazy, useless location.

Have not yet received my food, the customer service so far has been very slow. Food waiting out underneath heating lamps. The management in the kitchen seems non-​existent, very poor communication between staff. Hope the food is good though!

Nothing positive to say, sorry. My friend and I walked into a dirty unorganized mess. Tables were available, but not cleaned. We were waiting to be seated, and 3 different employees stopped to tell us they would be with us as soon as a table was clean, yet none of them went to clean any of the tables for us. As we waited a couple came in behind us, and also were waiting to be seated. When a waitress finally cleaned a booth off, the couple behind us went to sit down. We explained to the waitress that we had been waiting first (which these people obviously knew), and the staff just stared at us like DUUUUUUH. I grabbed my friend and left. I was upset, but actually happy we didn’t stay to eat because it was so gross in there.
I will never go back and would never recommend going. Denny’s used to be good place for breakfast, but the past few times I’ve gone to any location they have been pretty gross *Two Thumbs Down*

They took a long time to come take our order. Then got our order wrong. Terrible customer service. No one asked if we wanted more coffee. It was hard to get anyone’s attention & service. The food was not very good either. Will NOT be going back here again!

This place was horrible I wantedfor a good ten mins before anyone came to ask us if we wantes any water. When she did come she was asking us our order instead of bringing water to the table. When we told her that we needed to take our food to go because it was taking to long she asked us to move to the side ao someone else coukd have the seat which is fine but it was how it said it. So she begin to take our order but she acts as if she dnt want to service us so me and my sister decided that it was best for us to go… DENNYS MANAGER WE ENDED UO SPENDING THE MONEY AT MCDONALD’S WHERE WE GOT BETTER SERVICE THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAY… I will never go to the Dennys on s.27^th ever again

Why do I keep going back to Dennys? I used to love the Moons Over My Hammy for breakfast and I am not a breakfast person but every time I order it, it is just Meh! It has lost it’s flavor and has shrank down to some bread with a little bit of egg and stuff on it. We made the mistake of coming on Sunday morning. I don’t know what it is about this place but maybe they need to hire some more people or something because no matter what time of day you go in, you stand at the podium, waiting to be seated and the wait staff walks past you 20 times without even acknowledging you. We dealt with this on this particular Sunday too. There was a line out the door, not because they were crowded or booked up but because the wait staff chooses to not seat people until you pretty much trip one of them and ask them for a table. We ordered breakfast — the Moons and it took over 40 minutes to get our food. Really!!! It’s eggs and some bread! Bad experience, bad wait staff, poor customer service and yet I always return thinking it will be better — WHY??? If you are in a rush or have time constraints, go elsewhere.

Stopped coming because of multiple bad experiences. Wrong orders, rude staff.
