Lackluster, underwhelming, service and food.
In a desperate attempt to win back clients from the 411 building, they passed out popsicles.
Want to impress me? Make me a fresh egg sandwich. I can toast bread, add cheese and bacon and fry an egg on the flat top in 60 seconds. That’s because the toast takes the longest.

I work in a beautiful building at 411 Wisconsin and have the convenience of having a cafeteria like eatery downstairs without having to leave the premise!
I took a menu from the «restaurant» downstairs today to see if my expectations were too high regarding Davians Four Eleven food & service.
I wasn’t aware that Davians serves breakfast till 11 am. The staff practically refuses to make fresh breakfast sandwiches and refers most patrons to the hotbox for a stale hour old sandwich instead. If a person insists, I’ve experienced the order receipt being paraded through the kitchen as the order makes its way to the manager’s approval, cooks’ approval and to the skillet. Most people seem to wait a long time for simple hash browns or sandwiches even when the order was called ahead. Breakfast service should not be slow and begrudgingly made to order.
The lunch specials are made with the same underwhelming product and service. Every restaurant has a bottom line but this location’s management doesn’t seem to care to impress even while serving a practically guaranteed clientele within the 411 Building. People «settle» out of convenience in preferring not to leave the building during their lunch hour.
Many of us, who work within the building have taken to bringing our own lunches and snacks to avoid the curt manager and staff and the mediocre eating experience at Davians Four Eleven.
