I had been going here for a couple months because of it’s location and reasonable prices.
After last night, however, I am done. This place is rather dirty a lot of times and I agree with S.L. that I bet it is cleaned very infrequently. Machines are often broken or break while you’re using them. Last night took the cake though. I put my clothes in a seemingly clean washer and when I took them out, along with them came a Q-​tip that was definitely not mine. Gross. Then I dried my clothes and when I took them out about a fourth of my clothes had mysterious black spots on them. There was obviously something dirty in the dryer. Super sad, especially because those clothes are probably ruined. When I looked around the place for a number to call about it, instead of a number I found a sign that read «Not responsible for lost or damaged clothing. Use washers and dryers at your own risk.» So they obviously don’t care… Won’t be going back here again. I’d rather leave a laundrymat with my clothes clean, not ruined.
