Big Daddy’s Carpet Cleaning

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! They didn’t even show up. Didn’t call, didn’t email, didn’t send smoke signals and would not return our calls. Waste of time and money waiting on these losers. We had it timed perfectly so they could come and clean our carpets and we could get inspected to get our deposit back prior to moving to California. Well carpets aren’t cleaned because these clowns were probably smoking crack somewhere. So now they are out of money for their next crack rock and I am out of a lot of my deposit. Thanks a lot Fat Boy Carpet Guys. NOT! Don’t do it to yourselves people!!! Go with someone else.

Wasted a LivingSocial voucher on this one. There is value in reading all of the «Not recommended» reviews. The 1 star reviews are accurate. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anybody here, and they just have extremely poor customer service. Those 5 star reviews you find? Notice how they all have single digit reviews, the majority only 1 review under their belt? Screams fake reviews by the company. Stay away, seriously.

I bought a living social deal for this company a couple weeks ago. First of all, it was very hard to reach the company to set up an appointment. When I finally reached Matt, he was not very friendly over the phone — kind of short, gruff and abrupt. We set up the appointment to clean my couch and loveseat for a few days out — very early in the morning. I woke up early to vacuum the furniture (we have a dog) and waited… and waited. No one showed. No one called. I called the company and no one answered (of course), so I left a message for a call back to reschedule. That was 2 days ago. Haven’t heard from anyone since. Real nice. Obviously doesn’t care a bit about customer service. Got a refund from Living Social and will go with someone else. You get what you pay for — I learned the hard way.

Impossible to get a old of anyone at this company, always got their voicemail. They never returned any of my messages. They clearly do not care about customer service or their reputation.
