The Italian beef sandwich was tasty. It comes with hot or mild giardinera which I love. The beef was surprisingly lean. I picked out a few chunks of fat, but not much. The roll was fresh. My biggest complaint was they douse the sandwich in au jus so in my opinion you have to eat it with a knife and fork. If I get it again, I’ll skip the au jus. The fries weren’t fresh out of the fryer like other trucks, but they were hot. There was a lot of beef! All in all pretty good. I went with 3 stars because of the sogginess and the fries, but don’t let that discourage you cause everything tasted good.
