Aveda At Mayfair Mall

This store is located near the center of Mayfair Mall on the ground level. The store itself is very inviting and what you’d expect from an Aveda branded store.
The products are all organized by lines. Prices are what you’d expect. Occasionally they will offer free mini spa services. It’s a good opportunity to get exposed to the different products and their benefits.
The staff is always professional and knowledgable. They make recommendations but are not pushy.
The smell is good no matter your taste.
Bonus points for the green policies of the company.

I like Aveda. I like their natural ingredients, I like the product quality and I love the way everything smells. The Mayfair store location is my «alternate» for product as I buy most things at the salon but they do offer some things salons don’t:
*This location will custom blend things for you with one of the Aveda signature oil blends — you can pick from bath salts, massage oil, lotion, perfume or body wash.
*The store carries the full line of products — hair care, skin care, body care, men’s stuff and makeup.
*Free mini-​treatments like shoulder/​hand massages or make-​up demos
If you like the product, it’s totally worth joining the Rewards program. They send you deals pretty regularly, you get a nice birthday gift and there are frequent «bonus» offers that allow you to rack up the points quickly. I’ve always had helpful service at this location.
The only downside is the price point — Aveda is expensive! But it’s what my hair likes, so what can you do?

Located in the first floor of Mayfair Mall, in the northern half of the mall. This store has Aveda products and offers demos (including a free shoulder massage). I stumbled upon this recently after making an order for Aveda products online (bummer)! They were helpful in giving me some recommendations of salons that have Aveda products in the area, since I recently had a rough experience with a salon in Delafield. This store is part of the Aveda rewards program, so that is a plus too. The staff is really friendly and they know their products well. I’ve heard they have special promotions and demo events, which are posted on their facebook site.
