I bet it’s advertised in the ads I don’t pay attention to, yet did you know they’ll do a free evaluation? Well my wife did as she’s a cog in the Aurora machine at setup an appointment for me. Good idea to stop by if you have issues.
Being fit enough my particular rehab is also FREE :) Service was short questionnaire, and a thorough enough physical evaluation of my cruddy joints. Bunch of test moves and a hands-​on evaluation which was a truly skilled version of the what the wife practiced on me for one of her graduate classes.
Gave me free stretch bands and instructions to help overcome a wicked long lasting strain, and ideas to help my overall knee cruddiness. (And if I wanted to make it a life goal, the opportunity to devote hours a day to really fixing them, but I would rather go out to eat). They have at least one room of equipment there ready to work with.
Yay! I really am a fan.
