I’ve had AT&T Uverse TV for about 7 years now. We had the typical installation bugs to get worked out, but for the last 7 years have had exceptional service. The guide software is fast, rewind and fast forward are very accurate, large DVR space and 4 HD streams at one time. We just recently started getting a bad signal error. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. We called at 10am and they were able to get us a technician between 1pm and 4pm the same day. The tech was at our house by 1:15, replaced one of our old pieces of equipment and restored our service. We currently have time Warner cable for Internet but will very soon be looking to switch.
