Tough to deal with these folks. Last winter I waited for service, which was eventually cancelled because of bad weather. They eventually got around to fixing the problem, but it cost me two days off of work to wait for it. When I complained, I was appropriately compensated with a one year service contract. I then scheduled a maintenance visit this spring. The day before the scheduled service, I was called and asked to reschedule, due to weather. Unfortunately my one year contract ran out before I could get my HVAC unit serviced. This business is not set up for consumers. They cater to large, commercial businesses. Unless you want to waste a ton of time, avoid at all costs.
