Be aware of this Sleepys. Sales person Carlos took advantage of my desperation. He charged $ 470 for 2 box springs delivery and removal. Don’t show them you have no other choice. They like to charge their monthly salaries on you.

I went to Sleepy’s in October 2014 to purchase a twin mattress for my son. The saleswoman showed me what they had and because I was looking for a lower priced mattress, she sold me one for about $ 150. Not knowing anything about mattresses, I bought it without asking questions because it felt fine in the store and since it was for a kid, it didn’t need to have a bunch of bells and whistles. And it was a Sealy, so I thought it was fine. We had the mattress at home for a few days and it was clear that it was a pretty cheap mattress. When you sat on the edge, you really sank down. Still, I figured it wasn’t a problem because it was for a kid. However, sometimes while sitting on it, or moving around on it, I could hear springs popping inside. I stood on the mattress to kill a spider on the wall and more springs popped. I’m pretty sure that’s not normal. So about 2 ½ months into having the mattress, I called Sleepy’s and told them it was a piece of crap and I’d like to return it. The sales man I talked to on the phone insisted that this is how mattresses behave and they aren’t meant to be stood on by an adult(Really? That’s the story you’re going with?). Anyhoo… I ended up speaking directly with Sleepy’s corporation. They couldn’t refund my money or take the mattress back, but they could give me a store credit for the amount I paid. Um, ok. I wasn’t super happy with the service, so I didn’t really want to purchase another mattress from them, but I guess that was the best they were going to do for me. I went back to Sleepy’s and had a different saleswoman(a young African American woman, didn’t catch her name) who was AWESOME! She agreed that I had previously purchased a shitty mattress and admitted that she tries NOT to sell that particular mattress to customers. While I ended up spending $ 300 for a new mattress, the sales woman was very helpful and explained to me the reasons why the mattress I had previously purchased was a piece of crap and how the craftmanship of the new mattress was much better. She, gasp!, educated me about my purchase. That was lovely, and I’m very happy with the new mattress.
