Don’t Go! They don’t sterilize the tools. She cut my cuticles to the point they hurt.

I’ve been going here for years. I’ve always gotten in right away, appointment or not. They are always super friendly and attentive.

They have at least 4 – 5 people working a one time, so you can always get in when you make an appt. The key is to make an appt, because they do get busy. They do good work.

Went here to get shellac nails with my sister. The experience in the nail salon was OK. Not exceptionally bad nor good. But the VERY NEXT DAY after we got our shellac nails done, both my sister and my nails chipped and peeled! I have never had this experience especially with shellac nails! They last at the very least a week before they chip. I’ve had some go for as long as 2 – 3 weeks without chipping. I went in to complaint and was treated quite rudely. They said that they would fix it within 2 – 3 days but one of the ladies just ended up filing the chip off of my nail. I showed her pictures of my sister’s nails and the lady just kept ignoring me and saying that she had to see it in person. My sister and I will not be coming back to this salon again.

I will Never return here. They do Not put enough glue on to hold a nail down so you end up with major gaps which can cause infection, and after just 2 days the acrylic starts lifting from around the cuticle area. The only fix she offered was super glue. 4 out of 5 nails lifting off is not gonna be adequate when i paid $ 40. I told her they needed redone. All she wanted to do was argue and tell me all nails gap. Which is bs. Ive never had that happen with my usual nail place. The lady then accused me of causing my nails to do this. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

I’ve been going here for 6 years. I love it. You don’t have to be afraid to speak your mind on how you want your nails done. They always get me in Asap and even when others are waiting they make sure they fit them in with expert rotation. In addition if something isn’t right with your nails you can come back for a fix with no questions at no charge. I’ve been going here a long time and I’ve never seen anyone leave unhappy yet. Probably because if you need something changed you can say something and they will make it happen.

Will NEVER return! Have been there several times for manicures and pedicures and was satisfied, for the most part. Just stopped in a few days ago to have a manicure with shellac. The technician was talking to the other technicians the entire time and was not paying attention to what she was doing. My nails ended up with the top coat all over my cuticles and skin. And, she left nail polish on my skin. When she tried to remove the polish with a cuticle remover she cut my finger. I showed her what she had done and she just looked at me.
When I came back to talk to the owner, he said that I would need to have my nails redone right at that moment or the next day. I told him I was taking heavy medication and don’t drive. I am getting ready to have surgery on my back and he said it doesn’t matter, «he treats everyone the same, no exceptions!» No one ever apologized to me. The owner was so rude! I will NEVER, ever go back.

Hate this place. Used to love it but won’t go back again. They should let customers know if the wait is going to be long. Soaked my feet in water for 40 minutes. Kept telling me 5 more minutes for 20 minutes. I’m walking away with red itchy feet! And the lady has the nerve to tell me «COME BACK AGAIN TOMORROW!» does she think I’m stupid?

Loves their spa pedicure!

Everything I expect from a nail salon, and cheaper than many others. They took us as a couple of walk-​ins just before closing. Tipping on credit card was not a problem as indicated by one of the other reviews.
