Chabot Michelle MD

I have no idea if Dr Chabot is a good Dr or not, but I can tell you that «Marie» who answers the phone is a MAJOR BIOTCH! She has ZERO compassion for the sick, thinks Drs don’t have to follow ANY law what so ever, and basically has the BIGGEST attitude ever. I called to make an emergency appointment for my mum, and Dr Chabot was out of the office. I said «Can I make an appointment for my mum today?» She responded with «You could if she was here, but she’s not» Wow, ok then, nothing like poor customer service right at the start of the call. She then proceeded to tell me to take my mum to the ER if she’s «that sick». So I then spoke with a friend whose a nurse who told me to call back and ask for the on call Dr, which I do. She tells me Dr Chabot is her own on call Dr. She then repeats to me «If your mum is THAT sick, she needs to go to the ER». I tell her how I was told it was the law that Drs needed to have an on call. She tells me Drs dont need to follow any such law, they do whatever they want. She knows Drs who take 6 mth holidays with no back up. Zero compassion, Zero empathy, Total Bitch. I’m sure Chabot is a great doctor, dont get me wrong, but my god… get yourself some new help. THANK GOD she’s not my Dr… because I couldn’t deal with a receptionist who treated me like that when I am sick. (And yes, my mum was «THAT sick» and yes I did take her to the ER… for what? A Virus… thanks for the GREAT ADVISE MARIE) Avoid this office like the plague… sorry Dr Chabot
