Valley Health Center Milpitas

This review goes directly to the employees that are in charge of answering the phones to register new patients, very unprofessional and very BAD customer service. The wait time was more than 15 min. First call, the employee tried to put me on hold and hanged up on me instead, the second call, the employee who answered just stated she couldn’t hear me and hanged up on me in less than 2 sec. I did not bother to call again and decided to register somewhere else which the whole process took me about 7 min!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Sorry Valley Health, but hope your doctors are in a better level than your registration office!

Lindsey is awesome, I was so nervous at first but she put me at ease, thank you.
I don’t go to the doctors often because I’m a big baby and it stresses me out to no end to be there.
Lindsey made it a great experience and me so much more comfortable.

I would have given this clinic 5 stars because the doctors and nurses are very good with the patients and are very nice. Other services are very good too, like pharmacy and Labs.
However I gave 4 stars because of the registration office employees. Out of all of them, only one or two of them are nice. The rest are very rude and will make a face if they don’t like you. I don’t want to mention the name here, but these ladies don’t know anything about customer service. Really bad attitude! I just hope the management talks to them and have them fix this issue.
Overall I have no other problem with the clinic. Everything else is just wonderful. I love the location, the clinic is very clean and organized. Other staff is super nice and is always willing to help.

Kinda surprised no one’s written anything about these guys yet. My experiences here have been super. The receptionists, nurses, practitioners, doctors etc are extremely helpful. The quality of care that I received have been most excellent. Thank you :)
