We had a Samsung dishwasher, which was not working. This guy came, and charged money for initial assessment. He mentioned that he will research and get back to us that needs to be done. He will deduct initial assessment fee charged from actual repair cost. But, he neither got back to us with details nor returned our initial assessment fee. When my wife called him for knowing how can we fix the same, he was talking extremely rudely.

I had a broken refrigerator and called these guys. Michael came the same day, diagnosed the problem(broken fan), went to get the part, returned in a few hours, and fixed it. All in one day. I thought I was gonna spend $ 500 on a new fridge, instead I got a working one, no hassle, for under $ 300. Repair is the way to go! I’ll definitely call these guys again.

I had a GE dishwasher that wasn’t draining. After doing my own inept check of the basics, and being stood up by another local repair man, I called Alex. He came at 6:30pm on a Sunday(the same day I called) to take a look and determined that there was something wrong with the drain hose. He tried to give it a good clean but warned that GE uses narrow drain hoses that clog easily. The initial clean didn’t fix the problem so I called Alex again and he ordered a new hose and came around later in the week to do the replacement, charging on for parts on the second trip. We now have a working dishwasher again! I’ll be calling Sadko and Alex again if I have any other appliance woes!

On a Saturday the techs came out just a few hours after I called to check out my non functioning dryer. They didn’t have the part needed to fix it so I paid them $ 40 for inspecting the problem, and that was used toward my final bill on work that was done just 2 days later. At first they were quoting me a high labor fee. They knew I wasn’t gonna go for it so they lowered the price for me. It was acceptable and I’m glad I didn’t pay the original quoted price because repairs ended up taking just 30 minutes. Wish I could’ve talked the price down more had I known the job was gonna be that quick but, in the end it was still reasonable. I’d call them again for future repairs.

Great service, timely and reliable. Michael did a terrific job fixing my dryer. Expert at pointing out why the problem occurred and then took a few extra minutes to realign the drum so as to prevent the problem from occurring again. Highly recommend this company.

Really, really great, folks. When you call you’ll get the owner, Alex, directly — don’t let his casual«hello» through you. He and his crew are the real deal. They diagnosed the problem with my GE electric range very quickly for a $ 40 fee applied to the final bill — pretty standard, but less expensive here. The part had to be ordered, and they came out as soon as it arrived. Michael did the work and even offered to come do the install late hours since we needed it for cooking. I’ll definitely call Sako again. PS — re: Science L.‘s two-star review… Really, dude? Not satisfied with a same day appointment? Unreasonable. Sorry you were cold, but coming out the same day — even end of day — is more than reasonable response time. Get real!

Came out first time pretty quick and fixed our heater. But now 6 wks later heater’s broken. I called early and he can’t come look at it until the end of the day. We’re cold!
