Perfect place for a shoes lover! Great selection of top brands and a large variety of styles. Prices are in line with the market, buying on line same item you can save a bit, but sometimes with shoes is nice to feel how they feet. Definitely a must go store for a shoesaholic like me!!!

The store has a lot of variety of shoes. The customer service is pretty good and nobody bothers you if you don’t ask for help.
Only issue I ever encountered was if they don’t have my shoe size, they have to order it. They never have the shoes in the backroom.
Overall the prices are a decent discount from the other shoe stores in the mall. I do like the ease of getting in and out of this store in a quick manner when they have the shoe you want to buy.

I’m currently shopping in the great mall! I went into Off Broadway Shoes on hopes of finding the perfect boot for school. There it was, the perfect boot! There were only two pair left! I looked up and the 30% off so I thought great so I go to the cash register lady (Ashley) rings and then it says it was regular price so then I told her no there was a sign right above the shoe and it said it was 30% off she said they made mistake so she walked over there and I followed behind her and she said that it was a mistake in that shouldn’t of been there and I said well can you honor that? Being it was false advertising, she said no then I asked to speak to the manager (Jenny) came out and I asked her if she could honor the price. Jenny (manager) quickly said those are cute but no we can’t. Then she quickly snatched the tag down! I declined on get the votes and left! I too also working retail and we have also mistaken we have left tags but we also honored the tags that we leave out because it’s our fault. I’ve shopped with that storm anytime experience I just want people to know that it was false advertising! FYI I took before and after pictures of the sign! Proof in the pudding!

I just want to say I’ve never had a place go above and beyond with helping a customer out like this place did. I was in desperate need of shoes, booties to be exact for a concert I had called 9 different shoe stores looking for a shoe and this store and the manager went above and beyond with helping me. I don’t remember they managers name but she was super sweet and the phone and was more then happy to help me find a shoe that was similar to what I was looking for. I work in customer service and any location that is willing to go above and beyond to help their customer have a wonderful and stress-​free shopping experience is definitely a company that deserves my business and any/​all referral I send their way. I have never been to this store but will start shopping her more frequently for my family and myself.

Great deals on name brand shoes, always find something to buy. It’s always super clean and well organized, and they staff are always ready to help out.

I love their selection of shoes. I recently purchased a pair of boots. My new boots look fabulous and comfortable too. Time to purchase new pair of shoes…

Its a nice store with a large number of choices. There was a whole shelf that had 50% off signs all over the dntire shelf. The shoes we grabbed was in that row and the rest of the boxes were there. Whdn we went to pay they said it was not ringing at 50% off. They went back to where we got the shoes and saw the signs. The employees said they could honor it if manager approves but they refused to come out and talk to me and declined the approval request.
The girls were very indifferent and the whole experience was unpleasant. Service is impotant to me and I will not go back.
The shoes selection was nice though.

Huge selection of shoes, and I love the atmosphere here of shopping at your own pace (as opposed to a sales guy breathing down your neck, trying to get you to buy the shoes before you finish tying them). There are staff members around, but they are pretty much just there if you have questions.
I found a nice pair of polo shoes for about $ 40. Since I live so close to Great Mall this will definitely be my first stop for shoes. VERY AFFORDABLE.

So glad this store is in this mall. With outlets and regular prices amongst us here, it is great to be able to compare prices. I have yet to purchase anything from here, but now that I think about customer service, no one has ever greeted me! Anyways, they have plenty of styles to choose from. You need to come here with only one idea in mind, or you will go crazy and spend money!

I found Adidas Adissage Fade Red/​Black model footwear for only $ 25.
I didn’t find my size. They told me I could order-​online-​instore for free home delivery. I ordered it and received the footwear in less than a week. Very Happy.

I hate this location. ALWAYS NOONE THERE TO HELP! Do they not have any assocaites? I don’t understand, it’s a weekend and there are no associates to be found. I asked around to see if anyone can help me and only one person this memorial day weekend helped me. Christine did a very good job helping me out, she understood what I wanted and she sincerely apologized for the lack of associates. She was kind enough to help me out through the horrible experience. She’s was very HELPFUL and her PERSONALITY WAS AWESOME! She deserves 5 stars for that, but Off Broadway on the other hand, ehhh!
The selection was alright, I got confused to where everything wass. How do they categorize everything? There are flats in the heels, everything’s just random. –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​– Thanks for making shopping easy Off Broadway. If I could give this place no stars, I would but Christine made this experience bearable. I’m sorry, but for the amount of shoes they have, they don’t have sizes? And please don’t tell me there aren’t any sizes in the back because I’ve seen the back door swing open and it seems like there are PLENTY of shoes back there. SORRY but whoever’s running this store, SUCKS.
I’m definitely going to DSW instead and tell all my friends to do so as well.
Please fix your store, hire associates and hire good ones, because there aren’t many who were as great as Christine.

This Off Broadway is huge! They have several clearance racks in the back which are definitely worth looking at! My boyfriend found me a really good deal on some sandals. The only reason it’s rated poorly is because when we were checking out we had to complete the transaction about 3 times before the cashier checked me out correctly. First, when the shoes rang up, they were marked as 40% off when it should have been 60%. The second time, the cashier took a 20% off of the 40% off because she thought that would be the same price as 60% off. Finally she got my transaction correct and there was an additional $ 5 off your first purchase so I got really nice looking wedge sandals for under $ 15. I probably will be coming here again because of the good deals, but keep a really close eye on whether or not I’ve been rung up correctly!

This is one of those places that tends to throw me off. The name sounds like a lady’s shoes store. If it wasn’t for my wife, I wouldn’t even think of stepping in here. It reminds me of another shoe store I recently visited, but I won’t mention it here.
I see that they have a good variety of dress shoes for men, but I’m rarely in the market for those types of shoes. I’m usually looking for athletic kicks. They have a fair selection of shoes, but you won’t find the best Nike or Adidas models that you would find at other places.
This place caters to women more than men. With a male’s perspective in mind, this place doesn’t work for me. However, it can be a great place for women or for men who aren’t picky about their kicks.

This store is pretty recent at the Great Mall, but not too bad. Tons of variation in shoes. However, sizes on the other hand… may be a bit difficult.

Workers were nice asking if I needed help with my needs and made it a nice atmosphere to be around even though it was a bit crowded when I went. I grabbed a pair of black high boots and didn’t realize the R/​L were different sizes. One was a size 9 while the other was size 9.5. I’m glad the lady at the cashier noticed. So the ladies behind the counter offered to do an order, but it’ll take about a week to deliver. And they offered to look up the availability of the boots at their store on Curtner (The Plant).
Sadly, I needed a pair immediately so I went to go look for another pair that actually were the right sizes AND that fitted. Went back in line about 10mins later to the same cashier that had helped me earlier (surprisingly) and we both laughed. At least I got it right the 2^nd time!
I found this place to be like any other shoe store but one thing I’ve noticed and why I’m giving this place a 4-​star was the service they provided. Indeed, service to customers is very important and the workers here showed it. Extra star for them! Keep up the good work!

Located at the entrance near the movie theater. Spacious, decent selection, bright, and clean. They have a decent selection. I’m sure if I keep coming back, i’ll find something. Go for the sales rack!

This store is BRAND spanking new, so friggin clean, nice and neat! I only went in here once so far and didn’t get a chance to thoroughly look around the store but it is definitely super clean, nice and neat. The associates were super nice too asking me if I needed help. It was quite emptied when I went. I don’t know how it is when it’s busy. I don’t know about their prices though because I wasn’t really looking. I was just browsing around and they do sell designer stuff. I think the next time I come back I will thoroughly look and check out the prices. They have a clearance section in the back too. This store definitely reminded me of DSW. This store sell stuff for men, women, children and maybe baby? They sell shoes, bags, scarves, wallets, jewelry, etc. So far so good… I don’t have any complaints. My first visit was quite pleasant.
