I don’t get why this metro place has five stars, if it’s the one in front of the food court. They are so rude, I use to pay my bill there, always charging me more than it was, until I went to another metro store they showed me how much they stole from me and when I went back and showed them the papers they screamed at me! I know many people that went through the same situation as me I’ll ask them to rate this because five stars blew my mind! All other metro stores I’ve been are great but the people here are definitely unprofessional.

Metro Pcs is the best! Affordable monthly installment, LG phone and best deal offered every 2 to 3 months. And the most, they have a staff name Angelo and John, who will help you and discuss the best offer they can do for you. We just signed last month for 4 lines and after a month when we came back for more inquiry, Angelo & John was so helpful to do all the changes we wanted. You will never find this kind of service anywhere else. Highly recommended to deal with Angelo and John.

Eeeeee. I love my new phone! Isn’t it slightly sad that the smallest of things make me so excited? So, where a new phone to most people may not seem like that big of a deal it is to me. Without my phone I would be lost. Yes, literally. lost! I use my GPS and Google Maps to get me everywhere I need to be when I’m out venturing on my own and still being reasonably new to the Bay area a fully functioning cell is a must. Plus no cell — no Unilocal.*sigh* I’ve been with Sprint for a while now, too long in fact. They’re like that ex you weren’t quite ready to give up on because you thought ”Hmm. they might just be able to get their shit together” Only they never do resulting in you eventually upgrading to something better. Which is exactly how I felt with moving to Metro PCS and Benedict(the Manager) at this location was awesome at getting me there. I dropped by knowing exactly which phone I wanted and not 20 minutes after arriving Benedict had hooked me up with my shiny new phone and a plan that put Sprint to shame. The plans are very reasonable, starting at $ 40 to $ 60. I was initially just going to go with the middle plan at $ 50 but was told that for the first month I had to go with the highest one but could then switch over to another should I need to, this could be a problem for some but not for me, turned out that I may just need that extra data speed the higher plan gives me as in just a week I’ve already hit 2GB! Ooops. Also with Metro PCS as it’s not a contract as such you also pay for your phone. $ 500+ for a new phone may seem like a lot but when you upgrade as often as I do(once every year and a half on average) it’s not so bad. Great location here too and all of the staff were really friendly and chatting with me while I waited for my new phone. Doesn’t it look pretty?

I’ve been to a few Metro stores and this is by far the best one I’ve been to. The manager, Justin, was super helpful and shot me straight with the facts about the service and the phones. No lame sales pitches. If you’re looking to switch because of Metro’s new wide coverage, come to the Great Mall, Justin’s the manager at this location and will help you out.
