Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Larson’s Packaging! I work for an ecommerce company that ships large packages out of Milpitas, CA, and we needed to order some pallets both to store items at our warehouse and to send out LTL shipments. Angelo at Larson’s helped with our initial order, and he was always quick to respond to our questions via email and phone (and he was very thorough in answering all of our questions and requests). The turn-around time was great — less than 5 days from the time we placed the order they had them delivered at our warehouse. The quality of the pallets was good as well, and we will definitely be using them for all of our pallet needs in the future :)

Mark, Gina ad Riley at Larson are an excellent team. They are knowledgeable when it comes to building wood crates, ATA cases and foam solutions. They handle customer requests promptly and are willing to help with short lead time needs.
Larson has always been willing to repair the cases they have built that have wear and tear from use at a reasonable rate. I recommend using them for your packaging needs.
