This place always cheers me up when I miss my moms spaghetti. Hehe. The flavors brings a nostalgic feeling. It’s almost like the sensations I felt when I was younger comes back for that moment. Can’t wait for next time!

It is in the mall — so expectation should not be high BUT 1– not too clean, maybe due to the large traffic 2– Noisy and super busy 3. Service — not so great, not friendly, and rushed

Busy, good food, decent service. Because this is a chain, I’m not going to go to in depth about jollibee in general this review. If you’ve never been to one before, I’m not sure that any of the locations to which I have visited our superior or inferior to another location. They are all roughly the same. This restaurant was clean. Check. The service was fine, though I didn’t have much experience with them after ordering at the counter. Some of the tables could have been wiped down a little more hastily, but there was enough seating even in the busy restaurant that We were able to find a place to sit and eat no problem. Food at Jollibee fits a unique role in my dining out repertoire. When you want Filipino fast food, there literally isn’t another option. And when you get the craving, it’s definitely what you want.

Slow service and rude staff… Didn’t use to be like rhis. What happened?!? Lucky that this place is a well-known franchise. Cleanliness has gone waaaay downhill as well.

I love jolliebee chicken! I don’t care what anyone says. I think food is pretty good. It’s usually a long line especially during the weekends. The only thing is they skimp out on rice. But that’s okay, I’d most likely come here to eat whenever I’m at Great Mall.

This Jollibee location is pretty unsanitary. It could be cleaner. They also messed up our order twice. We ordered the last combo, and one bucket is missing 1 fried chicken. They also missed 1 sundae on our order. I prefer the Jollibee in my local area than this one.

Great place for kids and an inexpensive fast food option. They have a wide variety of options to choose from such as fried chicken, burgers, hot dogs and Asian inspired entrees. You can easily feed a family of four for less than $ 20.00 dollars and everyone should leave satisfied.

At least 30 minutes to order chicken to go because lines are long. Only 2 cashiers. I order one bucket of chicken. Their chicken taste good but it gave me a headache right after eating it. Then I got really sick like waking up at 2am because of stomach pain. I am still feeling sick as I’m writing this review and I’m glad I have today off work. Not sure if the chicken were undercooked, or bad, or dirty. Definitely not coming back here ever again. I threw away all my leftover basically more than half of the bucket. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience.

Sometimes i just want that chicken joy and spaghetti. and it sure is my guilty pleasure. The ridiculous part is the super long lines. but if you’re not late for a movie or anything. i guess its fine. But yea, chicken joy and spaghetti is the only two items worth ordering here. the rest of the items. like palabok.you can order somewhere else for better price and quality. P. S. you know how in n out has a staff standing outside to expedite the ordering process with a tablet? jollibee has a staff member with a pen n paper.

First time and it was okay. The food was not as good as what my friends described it. I would not go here again.

I’ve been patronizing this Jollibee location more frequently due to delicious fried chicken. It is consistently good! I also enjoy their other offerings such as the pancit palabok, tocilog, and halo-halo. I also appreciate the customer service that they provide. It has significantly improved from the first few times that I’ve visited this place. Due to the consistently good food and great customer service, I’ll bump up their rating to 4 stars!

This Jollibee is small but service was very quick. short list of fried chicken, hot dog, sphaghetti to consider. eats: cheezy hot dog(2.49) –cheezy on toasted bun, dog tasted like«all meat», a little greasy mucho chemical/addictivest felt afterwards. 2.5 stars. would avoid next time. burgers any better?(3ish) take outs: –plenty of sitdown room.

A friend from San Mateo County told me about this. I finally got the chance to eat here today after many years of passing by the joint. I must declare it more than I expect. Who knew there would be food here for all sorts of occasions. On. hot day this place can get really packed. This proves that business is very good. For the food because I finished my lunch somewhere else I went straight for the desserts. The cheapest thing is a Sundae and I must say it is so worth the price. From an American place they never add mangoes to a vanilla ice cream. If you come here for the lunch or dinner you will like it too. I guess Filipino food is true to the way it tastes. it tastes better than any fast food joint in the US. Drawbacks: due to the fact that chain is rare, I took two stars off because of the price

I never knew Filipinos made bomb ass chicken until I went here! The spicy fried chicken is literally so damn spicy that I am dying a few bites in. And I’m a girl that loves spicy food! So you can imagine this isn’t for just anyone. Be warned, it’s crispy, it’s delicious, and it’s spicy as hell!

A Filipino food staple to many and craving fixer for others, this place is as good as it gets. Even 30 minutes to closing with a line out the door is a testament that this place is adored by many. The efficient use of pagers is a great way for to-go order rather than screaming out a name. The staff is genuine and patient. Recommendations: Spaghetti Chicken Joy –with spice Palabok Halo-halo

I don’t know, maybe I am being biased here, but I am starting to dislike Jollibee. Don’t get me wrong, I’m Pinoy and I grew up eating Jollibee like Americans eat McDonalds, but the food is starting to become bland and smaller for the price one pays. $ 6 for a spaghetti and a leg, but the spaghetti is so small you need to eat two of it! Also, the chicken isn’t the same as it was. They were better than KFC at one point, but now it is just like any other. Maybe the one in Milpitas by Great Mall is different than the rest of the franchises, but I won’t be coming back for a while… bummer too because I really love their spaghetti, Pinoy style!

I’m not giving it 5 stars just because I’m filipino, I’m giving it all 5 because I genuinely think the food is amazing. Fattening and it reminds me of the motherland. I’ve always been grateful that Jollibee opened at Great Mall because it’s so convenient! If you’ve never tried Jollibee, EATITNOW. You’ll never go back to KFC. The chicken joys literally bring you joy. Chicken Joy to the world. with gravy. Oh deliciousness. Don’t even get me started on the palabok(aka Fiesta Noodles). I personally hate traditional made palabok, but here at Jollibee I can order 2 for my little tiny filipino self and still not be full. I always, always ask for extra lemon juice with it. Super sarap! The yumburger is also good too. Whatever that sauce is they put in there must be magic or something because it’s that good. One thing I hate about coming here is that there’s always so much people and there’s nowhere to sit sometimes.

Wanted some fried chicken n was bout to go to KFC but this place popped on Unilocal so I decided to give this a try. The main con is that the restaurant is located in the mall and has no drive thru so you hafta park and go in. Mall parking can be pretty bad so jus be aware. Food: Fried Chicken– The fried chicken itself wasnt so good. It kinda tasted like azn fried chicken, which i dont like. It didnt taste like it had any of the flavorings/spice that an american fried chicken place would have. However, wit the gravy this chicken is MAGICAL. That gravy is BOMB. Dip your fried chicken in the gravy its FRIGGINDELICIOUS. Palabok– This is some kind of vermicelli thing wit egg and shrimp. Its a lil strange at first but def not bad. Mashed potatoes– This kinda tastes like KFC mashed potatoes, which I like. Overall, this is a decent fast food joint if ur lookin for something a lil diff. Next door they have this red ribbon place which serves fast filipino food. Ill prolly try that place as well when im lookin for somethin different.
