horrible. wish i canleave a 0 star. they were trying to get me finished as soon as possible. didn’t even bother to remove my gel properly, just filed everything off!!! hurt my nails until now. cold water, unsterilized tools. super horrible nail polish, didn’t ask me what shape i wanted just cut all my nails! then i said i want square she started filing again! hurt my finger. DO NOT come for your nails!

Do not waste your time or money. Worst nail service ever… cold water (cold…not lukewarm, not even warm!) They try to get your business by seating you right away and putting your feet in cold water and then come 20 minutes later and switch pedicurists often because some are only capable of doing 1 particular thing. They do smile though:)

Wow… bad reviews… I don’t get it. I’ve gone to Great Nails for nearly 20 years for a pedicure and for the last few years Lin has been the one helping me and she does a fantastic job every time! Perhaps some of these bad reviews are from competitors, I don’t know, but all I can say is… I’ve used them for years and will continue doing so.

Do not go here!!! I should have left immediately when I realized that the tools the girls planned to use were not sterilized before she approached me. When I asked her she made a face and then sterilized them. After she completed my pedicure I watched to see if she would sterilize the tools — she did not. She just picked the skin from my toes off of them and threw them in her box and went to the next customer. I plan to contact the health department to lodge a complaint. I can not say it loud enough — Do Not go Here!!!
