Great prices, customer service and good quality work. They came out for initial measurement for replacing my old carpet with samples and answered every question patiently. Gave us a quote which was very competitive and the team installed it after a week. Took them a few hours to install. The carpet looks great and the owners came back again to check how things went and asked us if we were satisfied. Great service and professionalism.

I’ve been shopping around different places to replace my carpet in my new place & Floor Terra tops them all. I met with Aliona & she is so sweet. She wasn’t pushy like 99% of sales people are and she made my experience a pleasant one. Paul, I believe her brother in law, was the one who tore down the old carpet & replaced it with the new carpet & he is quick! Their prices are unbeatable, especially with their exceptional customer service. I spent less than what I bargained for and am more than satisfied with my purchase. I love how they’re family owned. I will be coming back for all my flooring needs!

I just had my carpet replaced with laminate flooring and it looks amazing. The installation was professionally done, and the product itself is beautiful. Additionally, it was such a pleasure working with Paul as well as the guys who did the installation. They were very careful when handling the furniture, and returned everything to its original spot after they were done. I also had a broken bed and closet in the house, and they were nice enough to fix both without a request from me! Finally, I was charged based on the original quote sent to me by Floor Terra, even though they ended up using more materials than anticipated. Paul told me that it was his error and to consider it a gift.

I really, REALLY wanted bamboo flooring, and had checked out flooring places like S&G — who came to my house with samples, Home Depot — yeah, just for comparison, Conklin Brothers, and online with various Bamboo Flooring specialists. Oddly enough, only S&G came out and were interested in selling flooring to me, but they didn’t have the selections I wanted (Natural color).
I happened to see Floor Terra as it’s next door to my dentist (who is also great) in Milpitas. I asked for specifics, and Aliona showed and explained everything. I scheduled an appointment for them to measure and give me an estimate. Based on what I told them in store, I received an emailed estimate to be confirmed after the appointment.
Paul came by — very pleasant fellow, and from the floor check we discovered I have a very old oak hardwood flooring under the dreadful carpet. I didn’t want to refinish the oak flooring, though Paul recommended it, as I had my heart set on bamboo. That evening, I received the final estimate — at least 45% LESS than any of the other bids I received. I also asked for three (3) references, and they were promptly emailed to me. The responses I got from folks were very positive, and even with pictures — some were small projects like mine, and one was a super big project for the whole house!
Paul came by to install when we scheduled, and dropped off Andre (sp?) around noon. Andre worked till 7 pm, and got the whole room done! It was marvelous watching the transition of ugly stained, dead carpeting and padding get taken out to a beautiful, lighter shade of bamboo flooring — REALLY lightened up the dark room!
I took off one star (it would have been a half star if I could have) as the guys were an hour later than they said, due to the delivery and pick up of the flooring in Sacramento; and for a miscalculation of the 10% extra flooring for later use (I received and got charged for 20%). The whole extra flooring and charges were taken care of promptly and professionally by Paul at the end of the job. Andre was pleasant, hard working, and careful. He had cleaned up everything at the end, even though it got dark by then.
I would have Floor Terra come out again and do another room or two! I only have a small house though … ‘C)

Paul and his crew were very professional. Service was great, they went above and beyond what I asked. The quality of there merchandise is great and fantastic prices. I got three quotes and each had the same quality and professionalism. But Pauls employees were considerate and professional and made great suggestions. Family business is the best. They look after their clients needs. Will definitely setup a another project soon.

When I purchased my condo I had old carpet installed on the floor. I don’t like carpet, because it is not totally hypoallergenic. Therefore, I decided to replace my carpet with laminate. I decided to use this store because of their wide variety of flooring. They are specialized in flooring, and I received professional advices. This store is a family-​owned business and they care about every single customer (as opposed to other big chain stores that don’t give a f*** about their customers’ satisfaction). Moreover, this store prices are unbeatable. You won’t find anywhere more competitive prices and outstanding quality. I can’t thank them enough for their professional service.
