I just had First Air install a new central a/​c unit in my house. Sam was here promptly at 8:30 a.m. and just left at 11. He and his assistant did the job so efficiently I was blown away when he said he was done! I have the air on now and it feels wonderful! His prices are very reasonable. My electrician referred me to Sam and I could not be happier. So, if you are looking for a heating and a/​c service, I highly recommend First Air!

My AC wasn’t as cold as it used to be so I called Sam. He came on time. After checking the freon levels and filters, he told me that my filter was dirty. So he cleaned it and made recommendations on filters. And that was that! Didn’t do anything unnecessary and charged a nominal fee. Very honest and highly recommended. Great service.

My contractor referred me to Sam while I was renovating my house. Sam is very professional and courteous. His estimates were spot on and he even added a new duct that connects my water heater and furnace in the garage at no cost. I had some issues with air flow and he came back and fixed the issue immediately.

I used Sam’s services per friend’s advice because I have heard that his prices were very good. Sam has a huge experience with installing conditioners and heaters. He and his assistant did an excellent job installing a new conditioner at a very reasonable price. They worked quickly but very diligently, listened to my additional small requests and questions. They were very friendly and professional throughout. The conditioner has been working well since then!

We used Sam from First Air to replace the heating and AC in one house several years ago, and then more recently to install 2 high efficiency furnaces in a newly renovated house. In both cases it was a pleasure to work with him and his prices were very reasonable. Plus, he is always very responsive – he almost always answers the phone and if he doesn’t he calls back soon after. And recently he came by to check on something I thought wasn’t working and then didn’t even charge me when it turned out everything was actually fine! Most companies would have charged me a service call.
Highly recommended!
