Excellent service! Ted, the owner, performs the work himself on changing my toilets. He keeps his work area very clean, took the time to cover his boots over carpet, and was willing to explain exactly what he was doing(I love to listen and learn). One toilet didn’t fit, we were willing to cut the trim to make space, but Ted came up with a working modification that allowed us to keep what we had! The seams are clean at the base, each detail was attended to as if this was his own house. I am thoroughly impressed by Ted’s work ethic and quality. He works in conjunction with his wife, Tonya, who does the scheduling. I like it that Amor Plumbing gives a small start window so I don’t have to wait half a day to get the work done. Quick, reliable, and super friendly… I highly recommend this company.

I had my water heater serviced by Amor Plumbing on 06/29/2015. My unit is under warranty for parts only so I paid $ 157 for the short visit. A few days after the tech visit, the problem continued(pilot light going off 3 – 5 times per week). I gave it a few days to make sure it was not an anomaly, The issue seemed to be pervasive. I called Amor on 7/14, 7/15, 7⁄16 and 7⁄20 and there is never a call back to re-schedule a visit and fix the problem. This is terrible customer service. Further, the receptionist is unwilling to escalate to a Manager and cannot give me a ETA for a call back. I will call my credit card to dispute the charge and I will call a different company.
