Excellent service! The staff, especially Jessy, were all very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me fill up the form and check all documents so that I could get my education evaluation on time and pass my state exam! Strongly recommended!

Amazing service! My original papers were not In English so I brought translations for the evaluation. It turned out that those papers were translated very poorly. This place worked really hard to understand exectlely the certification I carry. They were very Profesional and didn’t charge me extra for the extra work. This has been by far the best service I received in the US since I got here. Keep up the great work!

i have not submitted my paperwork to HR yet, but got my credits, bachelors, and other paperwork for a salary update and they did a great job. They were very cordial at al times, realistic about how long it would take. called me as soon as ready and were very polite.

This place is a waste of money!!! I have my two diplomas and I wanted them to evaluate my additional certificates, all for the CPA exam, but they didn’t. They have charged me for evaluation of my certificates and have said that would refund it because they hadn’t evaluate. Then they explained me that they had charged me for more than 55 classes and of course I didn’t get any refunds! I still don’t know about CPA, how they accept their evaluation and how much classes more I should take. Please, find another office for evaluation. Don’t waste your money, time (it took a month for me)!

I recently got my credentials reviewed with ACREVS and I found their service to be excellent. In fact they were professional as well as candid. My husband was the point of contact who dropped my credentials off at ACREVS and I dealt with them only via phone. My husband too was pretty impressed with their service. Few years ago to enroll in school I had dealt with WES and they responded badly. Their service was terrible. Compared to that ACREVS aced the evaluation.

The response to my comment from Jessica S of ACREVS is completely FALSE.
I did not go there through the reference of any one and neither did was the application deficient in any information. Infact the application was approved by another National Association of Credential Evaluation Services directly.
Also, ACREVS threatened me about not returning my documents.
I filed a complaint with BBB regarding this issue. BBB contacted ACREVS but never received any response from them.

Awful! It went from 2 weeks to month and a half. The translation was directly from google translate (maybe worst) They sent me after a month a draft, I point some problems with the translation and they said they’ll look at it… They transmitted to the CBA my file with 5 classes with wrong translation. Awful customer service, awful work quality.
