Wednesday September 16, 2015 To: Logisticare of New Jersey This letter is to express my dissatisfaction of the services of Jac-Medi Transport LLC; it is now very clear to me that out of all the transport services I receive that Jac-Medi Transport LLC is THEABSOLUTEWORST!!! Each time Logisticare assigns me Jac-Medi Transport services there ISALWAYS a problem with my confirmed reservation. When I am assigned the transport services of «James», «TriCare», and«Senior» I am usually satisfied with their transport services, and with the seriousness of my prostate cancer I depend on these transport services to take me to and from my assigned medical appointments. Last week I called Losgisticare as I always to do to schedule my ride appointments, and I always schedule my appointments within the agreed time on the telephone(meaning I always call to schedule my ride for my appointments ahead of time). With reference to my scheduled ride today appointment(reservation #96490), my ride was scheduled for a pickup time of 9:15am(I should have known that this reservation too was going to be a problem when a dispatcher from Jac-Medi called me last night as he was trying to jumble up his reservations for his drivers, and I never get a call from Jac-Medi or any other ride providers after I have already made a confirmed reservation through Logisticare) so Logisticare is not and never was the problem as Jac-Medi and their drivers always attempt to put the blame on Logsticare, if anything Logisticare has always and continue to be a wonderful service. Today my ride was scheduled to pick me up at 9:15am for my medical appointment at 10:00am, however instead what happened was I get a call from one of their driver this morning at 8:30am indicating that he will not be able to pick me up until 9:30am, and I figured that was okay as I would still be able to make my appointment. However at 9:40am I called directly called Jac-Medi to find out where ride was, and after being put on hold the phone for close to five minutes it was then when the dispatcher at Jac-Medi told me that my ride was now going to pick me up at 10:07am, so I called Logisicare to file a cancel that trip as I was not going to make that appointment on time, and filed a complaint through Logistcare(complaint #50174413). In addition to this situation I have always in the past had problems with Jac-Medi Transport services with to also mention: A). Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, and condescending dispatchers, and it seems this unprofessionalism with Jac-Medi dispatchers known to many folks that has had business contact with Jac-Medi. B). There drivers complain about their own dispatchers of Jac-Medi of how they are scheduled pick-ups, and by the time they do pick us from either our original pick up point or from our appointments. For example one time I was picked from my home here in Hammonton, and from there the driver had to go all the way to Salem, NJ to pick someone else, so not only AGAIN was I late for my appointment, but also instead of being dropped off at my appointment in Vorhees, NJ witch was closer to I had to take ride way out far from my own appointment, and also to mention the lady that was also picked up in Salem. NJ she too was late for her appointment in Cherry Hill, NJ. C). When I or anyone are dropped off at our appointments, the driver are told to give us riders a card to call Jac-Medi when we are ready to be picked back up, even after I or another rider may have already scheduled a time to be picked back up through Logisticare. At first I did not think too much of anything wrong with this, however after several times of calling back the dispatchers for a pick up, most of the times we are having to wait more than 90-minutes(sometimes hours later), again this is nothing against the drivers of Jac-Medi as I am sure they are only being told what to do by their incompetent and unprofessional dispatchers. D). There was only one time I has a problem with a Jac-Medi driver and that was on Tuesday January 6th of 2015 when on the return trip from my doctor’s visit that driver was clearly under the influence(one could easily smell the smell of alcohol from his breath), he was driving too fast even on black iced snow on the roads, engaged in a personal phone call during the entire trip back home on his cell phone; through it all thus endangering my life; and when I did finally arrive home I did make a complaint call to the dispatcher of Jac-Medi about this, and the dispatcher that I talked to on the phone his whole attitude about that was«sir you should be more grateful that you have this service offered to you». Again Jac-Medi’s dispatchers rude and condescending. I myself work in customer service and even I know that is no way anyone talks to it’s customers. Respectfully, –Marcus A. Stenson–
