Designer Wraps

Long Version:
I had the windows wrapped for my company and the end result was fantastic. Now, the reason I would never return to Designer Wraps is because of the customer service. I have never dealt with a vendor that was so nonchalant about whether they got your business and actually following through on the contract.
When I first reached out to Chelsea, the assistant who seemingly handles all of the business aside from installation, she requested a photo of the windows to be wrapped and said she would follow up with me with a quote and installation dates. She never did. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch, so I went against my better judgment and reached out again to see what the hold up was. After I called again, she sent me the quote and gave me a date. I should have known from her lackadaisical attitude to go with another vendor, but again, I was in a time crunch. She sent me the quote which was much cheaper than her competitors and I wanted to move forward with getting the window wrapped on the agreed upon date. Apparently, the materials took longer than expected to arrive (they were to print the wrap as well as install it) but rather than let me know, she changed the installation date to two weeks later than we agreed. What annoyed me was that she did this after I paid the deposit and failed to notify me that the date had changed. As a result, I had to change the artwork because the promotion we wanted on the windows had ended. When I asked why the date had changed, she tried to say that she had a hard time getting the installer to commit to a date. Her response left me dumbfounded to be honest. They were just completely unprofessional and I would give them 0 stars if I could.
Short Version:
They are unprofessional (repeatedly failed to follow up with any important details/​changes, and the staff seems to have a care free attitude about their work). They did not deliver on the date that was promised even though I stressed that the work was time sensitive. It was incredibly frustrating working with them and I will never return.

Designer Wraps is an established efficient company to market or brand your business. They are reserved, and an apt leader in their field. They are nothing short of perfection in branding your image on your vehicle. Their service is unprecedented. Choose them for all your marketing endeavors, especially vehicle marketing, you won’t be disappointed.
I have personally worked on several deals with the owner Sean Tomlin and he and his staff are personable and innovative in creating a positive branding of your business.
