Honor Yoga in east Brunswick is a wonderful studio. I like that there are so many classes to choose from… and at varying times. I also love the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have become attached to a couple of the instructors in particular and can’t imagine practicing anywhere else.

I love this studio! The instructors are incredibly friendly and helpful. The beginner classes are great for anyone new to yoga or looking to get back into yoga after some time off.

I’ve only attended a few classes so far, but, fantastic teachers, a few of which I felt aligned and supported by! Beautiful, cozy space! My only request would be Sunrise Classes & a Kids/​Teens program! Also, kirtans would also be wonderful! I would be interested in singing & learning to play :) all in all, I look forward to getting to know the community!

I have never taken a yoga class in my life and I was terrified to even try. The atmosphere Iya very open, casting and non judgemental. They will modify classes to help you, and the instructors are very hands on and teaching. That said it is best too take one of the beginner classes, more to learn the poses and build a good foundation. I also learned that the $ 5 yoga mats at places like 5Below can be slippery and dangerous!
