Hair Cuttery

I came to Hair Cuttery in Miltown with my 13 years old daughter for her hair cut +hair stile for myself. The master working with me was wonderful and did a great job. BUT, i extremely disappointing with services provided to my 13 y.o. child by different master, and management reaction when complain was brought to his attention. The regular price for my daughter hair cut should of be $ 17. After the completion of hair cut the master told me, that after the blow dry the price of my daughter hair cut would be $ 35. Ive told no to blow-​dry and asked not to let my daughter go with her hear wet. Regardless, they’ve let my daughter go with soaking wet hair. Terrible service. All of it happened front of the child. According to the manager, that it is the salon policy, not to dry client hair after the hair cut unless $ 18 blow dry as a separate service purchased. It would make a basic haircut for 13 y.o. –$ 35. Be aware!!! That is not a place you want to go with your child.

I would love to give this place a good review, but unfortunately I can not. It is not because they are not good at cutting hair, but I will never know. I have gone there twice. Both times around 8:30 to get my 3 year old a trim. On their door there is a sign with hours up until 9pm. Both times I was turned down service, because they were closing. Both times they were not sympathetic and not very nice. There are too many hair places out there that I can go to that would appreciate my business and will actually stay open until the time posted.

Shannon was terrific, she was considerate that I was comfortable and gave me great advice. I love the color and the highlites she put in, the cut was just enough to give my hair new life. I will be seeing her again in October.

Had a wonderful experience at the Hair Cuttery. Mary was my stylist and I had the best experience, kind service as well and an awesome hair do! I highly recommend the Hair Cuttery and my stylist Mary!
