Awesome venue. I am glad we decided to join the Y. The staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The childcare center is great. The staff does a great job of watching the children while people work out. The pool is saltwater and heated which makes it very enjoyable. The weight area is always clean and organized. The locker room is always clean as well. I am really impressed with how this club is ran and how great the staff is.

We have been so pleased with our experience here! Very helpful and courteous front desk staff and swim instructors. We’ve had great experiences playing at the outside pool and also with group and private swim lessons for my girls.

I Cant Say enough Positive remarks for the Millington YMCA ! I Have been there 2 yrs come August 152013 . When 1st came to the Millington Y I was on the walking track @ 2 of the local parks for 14 months 7 days a week. I lost 30 lbs on my own w/o any support on the walking track then I discovered my insurance covered my Membership to the Y. When I 1st started In the Gym in august 2011 i was 300lbs & a 48 waist after loosing 30lbs walking the track & changing the way I ate. I am now a 180lbs & a 32 waist 3yrs later 2 of those yrs in the gym @ the Y. @ The Y I found out I had old friends from School, childhood &etc. I found out there was old friends of my parents & grandparents & I made new friends there also. Im there 6 days a week Religiously. & if I miss a day &1 of the staff or the regulars whom I workout with doesn’t know what up w/me I get a call & someone is checking on me. I am grateful for this kind of support system I have now & couldn’t had made it this far w/o them . The Staff is great, helpful & friendly As another poster mentioned they are military friendly & have a nice indoor pool year round & a outdoor splash park /pool during the warm weather. Also a nice Steam room Hot tub & sauna that I use quite a bit after a hard work out . The Millington Y may not be as big as some other Memphis Area YMCA Locations but a nice Facility None the less. & It fits my needs to a T.

For being in a small town they have a nice splash park, and indoor pool, but other then that they don’t have much. The gym is small and the child care areas do not oder much for the kids to do.
