Went there this afternoon thru storm coz I need to pull out some money at the counter. Turned out they have power outage which is fine. What is not fine is, there are no sign or post on the door telling customer that they are closed. I looked through the door and made eyes contact with one old lady who I assume working there coz she obviously inside! I tried to make gesture to ask her that they are close or what. That old lady not even care to do/say anything. She just look away and get back to chit chat with her colleagues. That’s rude! We been moved around to different states and always get good customer service from NFCU, surly not this location.

Awesome! No lines. Not many cars. They have a big parking lot and drive through ATM. Also clean. At the corner. Right in front of the naval base gate. So pretty convenient!
I wish VA had ones like this one!
