Wendy’s

Unilocal reviews were so trustworthy. I try to be optimistic so I will STRONGLY suggest staying away from here. They are in need of lots of customer service and skill training.

I don’t no why I continue to torture myself… I went here to get a quick lunch and got treated like I was the biggest bother in the world.
I pulled up to the drive thru and could tell right away that the women working was «happy». Every time I tried to tell her my order she was stop me to talk to someone and then would make me start over. (I only wanted 2 items)
When I got to the window she never made eye contact, never said hi, with the window barely open she stuck her hand out for my money and shut the door…
She quickly handed me my change and bag, i tapped on the window and asked for a spoon. She told me it was in the bag and shut the door and walked off… I pulled forward to move out of the way, and there was no spoon or napkins –_​–
My chili was half full, but at else my drink was okay…

No stars. This Wendy’s was SO BAD I created an account and downloaded the app. Just to leave a comment. So first off the food took 15 mins to get and keep in mind it’s called FAST food for a reason. Second this bitch took 15 more minutes just to give me my god damn change. She asked this black fuck tard to give her ones and he just stood there and she was laughing thinking it was a funny joke he wasn’t giving her money. Like bitch. Get it your God damn self you people think you deserve $ 15 an hour??? By the time I got my food it was already cold cause her dumb black ass took forever to give me my change. I wanted to throw the food back in her face and say fuck it give me my 20 back bitch. She was like «here’s your change» um THANKS? It’s about fucking time. And there all fucking rude as shit don’t reccommend this place go to mcdonalds across the street at least they have better service

Don’t bother reading the other reviews, they’re old and incorrect!
The only reason we stopped here is because we were trying to stop off the highway and grab a bite to eat, after being on the highway for almost 8 hours.
This has to be the CLEANEST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms were literally spotless!
Unlike the other reviews, I saw no abuse of management, unprofessional workers, or slack.
And the most important factor: The food was great! The fries tasted fine (not old!) and my baconater was delicious!
Wish we had more fast food places like this in my city!

They made me add a star, but didn’t think they earned one. Does corporate even read the reviews, because all the ones before mine NAILED IT!!! dirty and poor service.

I live right next to this place so sometimes I stop in hoping my next experience will be better than the last, but somehow each time I eat here it is worse than the last. seriously, their food is so bad I filed a complaint with corporate.

this is the worst place ever. the managers are horrible and should be fired. no idea how a company allows those idiots to hold their name. the dropped my fries on the floor and tried to sneak them in the bag. the fries are always old. they are always out of product. it makes me sick to even see this place in my area. id give it a zero. i hope someone shuts it down!!!

Decided to stop here after coming back from the airport. It was around midnight on a Tuesday night. Sat at the drive thru for about 5 min before our order was taken. We thought maybe the place was closed, but every now and then we heard voices coming in over the speaker. There were no cars in the drive thru at all, and no one in the store. When the guy finally took our order, I had to repeat myself 3 or 4 times, and it was still wrong on the screen. I heard a lot of voices and laughing going on in the background over the headset. I decided I didn’t trust this guys order taking abilities enough to continue the order, so I told him to forget it and went to McDs instead.
Definitely will not be coming back. I got prompt and friendly service from the McD’s next door.

If I could give it a zero I would. I went to this place on a Friday night. I ordered a number 1 (burger, fries, and a sprite). For some crazy reason, I decided to not sample my food until I got home… it was raining hard this evening. Well, what a mistake. My fries were old and my drink tasted like bad carbonated water. What a waste of money. They knew they were giving me old fries… No wonder the car in front of me turned around and came back… I should’ve followed suit. I’ve been to this place before and had better food… never again though. I’ll just go to McDonald’s across the street, at least my fries have always been hot and fresh there.
