This place was really gross. Nasty food and a really really disgusting bathroom. Service was fine, but the food was really nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Good Mexican fare, good prices. I’ve always had an excellent experience at LaPalma. Definitely try the Nachos Locos — a personal favorite!

We were visiting Amish country from out of town and on Sunday night this was one of very few places open. We were pleasantly surprised. It’s not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, but it was very good… well the entrées were good, the salsa was super bland.

We thought this place was pretty good. The salsa is made fresh… nice cilantro flavor and a little kick. Chips were warm. Service was slow and they weren’t that busy. Burritos and enchiladas were good. Cheap prices for beer. I swear they could put at least 10 more tables in that place… not sure why it is so wide open in the place…

Good Mexican food at a great price. Very consistent, typical fare. Excellent chips. Beer at low prices. We dine at LaPalma weekly.

I love Mexican food, absolutely love it. This is probably the worst Mexican I have ever had! The first thing I need to mention is that this place is dirty. I’m talking about messy tables not being cleaned until they need to be used again. That was not a good first impression. The first time I was there I got some typical American Mexican food. It was bland and tasteless. I vowed to never go back. About a year later I started to doubt my earlier impression. I thought it couldn’t possibly be as bad as I remembered. I went once again in hopes that the food had just been dumbed down for the area. I hoped something more authenticly Mexican would be tastier. That time I ordered my favorite type of tacos, carne asada. The meat was mostly fat and completely lacking in seasoning. It was slightly better than my first visit, but not enough to ever consider returning. Make the drive to Wooster or Coshocton if you are in the mood for Mexican, don’t settle for this place!
