Kid’s Collection

Kid’s Collection is a great furniture and toy store featuring locally built furniture and not your average toy stores’ collection of toys. We bought our daughters bedroom set here, had it custom made from brown maple and stained with a cherry acres stain… beautiful! It is a bit expensive, but this furniture is made with real hardwood through and through, dove tail joints, ball bearing drawers… this isn’t something you would find at Ikea which becomes 90% depreciated as soon as you open the box and hope all the screws are there. No, this comes fully assembled, takes a couple people to lift, and isn’t gonna fall apart or lose value like that swedish made junk. Buy local, support Ohio! Shop here.
The toy store has an interesting arrangement of toys… some locally made, some national not so well known brands, all a bit different. We’ve bought a few toys here but our favorite thing from the toystore was the solid oak cherry stained toybox we bought for our girls with very intricate carousel unicorns carved into the front. I love this place so much I wish they sold adult furniture too! The designs are great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
