True professionals these guys are… these guys aren’t looking to sell u anything just to get money they look to make a life time customer and believe me ill never go anywhere else .the way they tend to customers its like ur family. Not only that but they are more then fair on prices. i can say its one of the most professional establishments ive walked into… if u vape and dont go check these guys out ur really missing out !!!

Can’t get enough of this place. A friend introduced me to this impressive lounge, and I can’t thank him enough. All the gentlemen here are so helpful and patient. They are very knowledgeable about all their products and take the time to educate you when you have questions. They have a plethora of e liquids to choose from, including a line of their own. They seem to always be getting new flavors weekly. Do you want to try one favor, or ten? They are more than willing to let you try as many as you need until you find that perfect one. They even have a frequent buyer card for their OWN line of e liquids. If you are looking for a new mod, tank, or just need a new coil, check out the selection they have. The set up of the lounge is really chill with multiple areas to sit at and vape. It’s a great place to find others in the vaping community. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran to vaping this place is perfect for all cloud chasers.

Whether you’re a beginner vaper or a seasoned veteran this place has everything you will need. A great selection of hardware with lots of authentic mech mods and boxes, a great selection of tanks and rda’s and one of the best juice line ups I’ve ever seen at a vape shop. The staff Is really friendly and very knowledgeable and can help you with every thing from advice to a new build. If you are going to visit a vape shop go the extra mile to check this spot out, definitely my favorite by far !

So impressed with this place and the selection they offer. These guys are true professionals. They spend time with customers and appear truly happy to make sure you leave satisfied. They are patient and knowledgeable. A great place for true beginners or people very experienced with vaping. They’ve turned me into a loyal customer after just two visits.
A string of recent visits to another local vape shop (in the Pt. Jeff. area) left me unhappy and disappointed. «New» staff (and all staff) should be knowledgeable, competent and eager to please their customers. Cloud Vapor lives up to these expectations and then some.

Was psyched to see this place open up. It is very convenient to have a spot for juices when out on the Island. The selection was unbelievable and it was nice to see so many options/​flavors from the organic to the in house juices. Very welcoming environment and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Definitely nicer than any of my local spots.
