It’s one of the better Gym’s that I have been to in years. Very happy with the new ownership. The place needed a redo and it looks great. The Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Don’t bother with this gym!!! Since they acquired Evolusion Fitness they have gone downhill. They made great instructors, especially those very experienced ones in Zumba, run away. Their variety shrank quite significantly over the 1 year I tried to stick around after Evolusion. But now the place is extremely boring with little variety. Things became worse when I tried leaving the place. To cancel my membership I called the gym and was told that the membership is managed through a 3rd party payment company. I called the company to cancel and they told me to *mail* them some forms for cancellation — what century do we live in?!! This is all a SCAM to make sure that people who want to leave have a really hard time doing so – the payment company still will not stop emailing me and at this point I am handling this through my credit card company. Overall, don’t bother with this place. 1) They made good people leave(not clear why but probably monetary blood suckers), and 2) Their payment system is a clear scam.

Belonged here for years now, so does my wife and my sons. Less then 2 miles from my house, kids can walk home for HS and drop in on the way home. Great new equipment, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and they«live» fitness as well. Not a lot of glitter, no cool logos, flashy lights, not a pick-up joint or gawker patrol like«the other places» for $ 19.99 etc. A smörgåsbord of fitness routes: Machines, free, serious, strength, aerobics and some of the best class instructors anywhere — yoga, zumba, attack, spinning. Nursery and clean locker rooms and showers and sauna. Trainers also fantastic. classic, basic, get the job done — bing, bang, boom.

I like this place, mostly for how geographically desirable it is in relation to my house. I tend to be kind of skeptical of gyms that are in shopping centers(sometimes they can be run down with only a small selection of machines), but this place is quite the opposite. They have a ton of machines, I have never had to wait even once, and two rooms for machines and free weights. They offer a variety of classes, although I really wish they had more in the evening since most of their classes are during the day when I am at work, bummer. Every class I have taken was great and the instructors are always fun. They usually offer a discounted membership if you pay upfront. I paid for two years at a fraction of the cost compared to if I paid monthly. If you live in the area, you should give this gym a try! One last thing– not that this pertains to my current stage of life, but they do have a ‘daycare type’ center when you first walk in. I assume this is probably really helpful for parents who want to get a workout but don’t have a babysitter. Just sayin.
