Very unprofessional. Nick’s negligence cost me to lose my appliances in my home. He barely did any property management. He left my house without a tenant for months. All he wanted is for me give it up to a builder and make me lose money out of it. He decided not to go to my house when he had an appointment with an inspector because he had to go to another house’s closing that had a greater value than mine. I would not recomend this company at all.
