The girl taking orders spoke very unclearly(strongly in «Ebonics» for lack of a better way of saying it) and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times, both at the sign and at the window. She also acted as if she couldn’t understand me and I immediately began to try to speak more clearly. It seemed obvious that she was intentionally«misunderstanding» me after I got to the window and had the same difficulty as I did at the sign. I ordered two grilled chicken breasts, but finally learned at the window(after waiting in line at least eight minutes after ordering) that they had sold out. No problem… except even after I was extremely patient with the«language barrier» she did not apologize for the inconvenience of not having what I wanted. Neither did she offer any alternative selections or even ask if I want anything else. I felt as if the girl did not want to help me at all. I would say that she was very rude in a passive aggressive way.
