Got’cha Towing & Recovery

This place is absolutely terrible!!! They towed my car 3hrs away and when I called to inquire if/​why they towed my car, the owner, not sure of his name, was completely belligerent with me and accused me of telling him to come pick up my car and that he has me on camera signing for the pick up. As I tried to explain to this guy, «why would I call you to inquire if you towed my car, if I told you to come pick it up?» he began to yell and become even more rude. This company and it’s owner truly has some growing up to do. Seemed like I was dealing with a little child with a soiled diaper who didn’t know how to process his emotions or form an adult sentence without yelling…
Poor man, pray for them.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This company is terrible. They damaged my vehicle and gave me the run around for 3 weeks, all the while collecting storage fees. They have horrible customer service. The female who answered the phone cut me off every chance she got, only to say what I had just said. Worse part is they haven’t been certified with the better business bureau so I have no one to complain to except social media and possibly the news. They still haven’t given me my vehicle even though they have all the necessary paperwork. I don’t think I’ve ever met a company so shady in my life. I’d rather get a tattoo in an ally then deal with these criminals.
