Some of these people need to learn to do their job. It is very rare for me to have a pleasing experience here. Some of the employees are great, but when ever one of the few aren’t around its horrible.
I went here yesterday, and was payed no attention to when I walked in. Not even a hello.
I sat and waited for 30+ minutes and no one spoke to me. So I eventually left. I went in today to upgrade my phone, to be told I needed my Mother’s ID. When I explained that it was my account not under hers. She told me to get her ID, she then tells me never mind, she made a mistake. So I take out my ID just to be told no because my ID is expired. They’ve seen me in there often. They know who I am. My ID was expired when I went in last time.
It’s a great experience when the right people are here but if they aren’t. You can expect people without knowledge of the products or how to work the tablet they use to help people.
I’ll do my purchases online instead of in person from now on. I can’t tolerate some of those people anymore.
