A very well-​run business with decent prices and all the features you would expect at a good frame shop. They are neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive. If you want to save money on framing, Michael’s is probably your friend. But if you need a high-​end custom job done, Artisan can probably hook you up without completely emptying your wallet.
I brought in a couple of pieces with simple specs – mat, plain glass, simple frame. They were very patient in prepping the job, working out exactly the right look without grabbing dozens of different samples that cost more than I wanted to spend.
Couple weeks later, everything was ready to go. Everything looks perfect. The mounting wire is well fixed, and the nails and hooks they throw in are attractive. The staff is pleasant and communication is good. Really, there’s everything to like about this place. If you’re inclined to spend a little extra on custom framing as opposed to just buying a ready-​made, they’re well worth it.

As far as framing goes, this place is the best. Ellen really cares about the piece you bring in and is passionate about making it a piece of art. The prices are similar to other framing places, but the service is not. Definitely head here for your framing needs, I’ve been happy with everything i’ve had framed with her!
