These guys are a sad excuse for physical therapy. First 15 minutes heat pad, followed by 15 – 20 minutes of mild stretching and walking. Only about 5 – 10 minutes of actual hands-on physical therapy which itself was not very good(I’ve had good physical therapy for the same problem years prior so I have some good points of reference). I gave the first physical therapist the benefit of doubt so tried a second one. They both were awful and 80−90% of what they showed me /talked about could have been learned on YouTube. That’s not what physical therapy is about. It’s about hands on stretching and massaging pressure points or soar areas to help rectify the problem. Would never go back to any branch of this business.
