Short Hills Gardens

Terrible place to live, not a livable condition. Seen mice, cockroaches in the room, very old appliances, oven not working even after ‘Replaced a New One’, heavily dusted in the rooms, bad atticude from maintenance people, it is the worse apartment i had ever lived and IS extreely overpriced given this living condition.

Outrageously overpriced. Horrendous living conditions. Apartment employees regularly break into residents’ apartments with no prior notice, cause extensive damage to the residents’ property, and then refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. The parking lot is a deathtrap and the owners refuse to do anything about it. The site manager is an idiot who barely speaks a word of English. Most of the buildings have significant structural damage, which, when brought to management’s attention, is simply covered up with some spackle and a thin coat of paint or the like. The laundry rooms are almost always flooded and the machines seldom work properly if at all.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for an apartment in the Millburn area, Stay Away from Short Hills Gardens!
