This center is a RIP OFF… I am soo disappointed. I don’t know why i went back a second time to be honest. They find anything and everything to bill you for and on top of that they send all these extra charges later on when you thought you paid for services rendered, which is a lot to begin with. When confronting them and vaguely give all these services which doesn’t make sense. They make you wait a long time to be seen and don’t order your contacts and glasses in a timely fashion. Some of the associates are very rude. My entirely family will be return back to our old eye care center which provided better services as well not billing you all these ridiculous chargers.

Everyone that works here is very nice but I feel like this wasted a big portion of my day. Took 2 hours for a simple eye exam. Kept switching rooms and waiting. Never had an eye appointment take so long. Probably won’t come back.

Condescending, pressure for additional testing, constantly changing out of pocket expense amount, bills your health insurance rather than vision as the primary … lesson learned.
