Pampurred Pets

This place deserves 10 stars. I first used Pampurred Pets when my very elderly dog needed some grooming. Dexter was 13, over 125lbs and had arthritis. Jessica was our groomer. She arrived at the house and tried to get dexter into the van. He was so weak it was unable to step up into the van, or stand for a long time. Jessica was so kind and sat on the floor and just brushed him. She gave him lots of love, which I was so grateful for. Dexter passed away a week after that visit. I am happy that he received some pampering before that day.
We have other dogs too. We continued to use Pampurred pets for our other dogs. They are hyper and a lot to deal with, and Jessica doesn’t sweat it. I appreciate their prompt arrivals, and reminder calls. They are very reasonable in price and have always been able to fit me in within a week or two.

These people are so unprofessional we made our appointment 1 week in advance for them to come out and groom our German Sheppard, the day of our appointment they did not bother to show up or even call. I waited all day for them when I could have been doing other things on my only day off ! So rude! We could have gone somewhere ahead of time instead of waiting a whole week for a no show. Very unreliable!!!
