this is a review of the experience of trying to become a member
Nicole, the membership director, took over 2 weeks to respond to my initial email submitted online. It took another 2 weeks after I asked her about setting up a date to meet, for her to respond.
After visiting the facility, I sent a follow up email with more questions, and it’s been 7 weeks with no response.
it really should not take this long to become a member. if this is how they run things, I’m not parking my money here by buying a membership.
the idea of this swim club is nice, but you need good people to run it. otherwise, it’s just going to go downhill…
when I first looked at the website 3 months ago, there was supposedly a waiting list on becoming a member. now all of a sudden I see there are 6 memberships for sale. I’m not surprised.
other comments from my one visit. I think the pool cleaner needs to come more often. or they need to trim back the plants so less foliage/​bugs get in the pool. the wade pool is super cute and warm for toddlers

It’s great that they have a Teen Swim Party event during the summer. For $ 8 the kids can swim from 7 – 10 pm. with pizza and drinks included. This party is for tweens/​teens only (entering 6^th grade). No parents allowed but there are Lifeguards present. Friendly staff. Nice, clean facility, and heated pool. Will definitely consider this for a future bday party venue for my teenager next year!

It’s private and primarily for kids. Nice pool. Hard to find no signage. Left at the end of Helen St.
