Crafted Catering

AJ just catered my son’s first birthday party, which was pretty much all adults. She did a variety of appetizers (small bites) for us, they were each delicious and everyone loved them! They were interesting and unique, not anything I could ever come up with or make, and worked perfectly for what we wanted to present. She was really patient and helpful during the menu planning, and was understanding about our budget. The service she provided the day of the event was excellent, so helpful and attentive, and allowed us to relax and enjoy our party. I’ve never used a caterer before, but I sure hope we get to use Crafted Catering again. Highly recommend!

I attended a party that AJ catered. The presentation was so beautiful, and the food even better. Since then, I’ve hired her to cater 2 of my corporate events — a beer bash and a company lunch. Our office does not have a full-​kitchen, so she did a lot of extra work prepping items that could be cooked in her kitchen and then served at our office.
AJ put together a fantastic winter-​themed menu, and did a great job from the moment she walked in the door to cleaning up afterwards. AJ is an excellent communicator, which made the experience easy from the very beginning. I look forward to hiring her again!

I found AJ through a referral on the neighborhoob website «Next Door». She was recommended highly and she exceeded my expectations. AJ catered a family suprise party for Mother’s 80^th birthday. We had nearly 20 people. She was wonderful to work with from the very start and helped me decide on the perfect menu for the event. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. AJ also brought so many special touches to the event including beautiful flowers, a custom welcome cocktail for everyone, and the perfect birthday cake for Mom. Everyone loved the food and it was a perfect evening. AJ is incredbily professional and responsive. She was very consultative in the planning process and quickly followed up with the details and the cost. I highly recommend AJ!

AJ just catered a backyard barbecue style party for my husband’s birthday, and it was perfect.
The planning– AJ completely «got it» with what I wanted to do for the party, and she was great working within my budget. I hadn’t hired a caterer since my wedding, so I had lots of questions, which she answered cheerfully. She was a pleasure to work with and very flexible. I made changes down to the last minute (even contemplated changing the date), and she was very accommodating. I loved that she took care of rentals, plates, drink ware, etc. She even lent me some lanterns, which made it more festive.
The food– awesome! Everyone loved the food and kept giving me compliments throughout the party. Her jerk chicken skewers were a huge hit (really moist, with an interesting pineapple salsa), as were her pulled pork sliders. In addition she made a lactose-​free ice cream birthday cake, which was to die for. We had several foodies at the party who couldn’t say enough good things. In addition, her menu items and choices were interesting and great party food. Lots of appetizer items and food for a real dinner.
After– AJ did a great job of cleaning up the kitchen and wrapping everything up (literally). She put all the leftovers in our fridge (which we promptly ate the next day) and quickly got packed up.
In addition to all this, she’s just as nice as can be and fun to work with! We had several babies at the party, and AJ carried one of them around for a while as she went about her work! She is a great caterer, has a really fun personality, and I can’t wait to work with her again.

I ordered a custom-​made cake and some cupcakes for my daughter’s 5^th birthday party. I had a specific idea for the cake and cupcakes, and AJ did everything to accommodate my wishes. I received compliment after compliment on the look of the cake and then rave reviews after we cut into it. The cupcakes were also delicious and decorated perfectly for our beach-​themed party.
AJ is very professional (she took notes on our conversations and quickly sent me order details and pricing), accommodating, super sweet, and talented. She delivered everything on time and as ordered, and the final products were beautiful and delicious!
